• We need to immediately remove the student health data from the prototype and into a different, HIPAA-compliant platform. (IntakeQ is $55 / month and has an API/Web hooks )
  • We handle point-of-sale and merchant services through: Club Automation, Stripe, Square, and Quickbooks. This should be reduced/unified.
  • We need better differentiation between the front desk/Ona/Customers on who books/cancels lessons.
  • Clay court staff does not always block off a court’s time when it will be undergoing maintenance.
  • Coach’s schedules are often finalized at the last minute, which will make automated booking more difficult

Questions

  • How important is having a web app plus iphone app vs. just a mobile friendly web app? Is that answer different for internal users vs. customers?

Internal AI Development Strategy

  • Allow Robert to continue making minor changes to the prototype within guardrails:
    • Code changes cannot be deployed to live servers
    • Changes to codebase go through a review process by the software development team
    • If approved, software dev team kicks off an automated deployment
  • Allow Robert, Ona, and other non-technical staff to use AI to develop small scale applications for internal use:
    • No customer-facing applications, internal only
    • No mutating live production databases
    • Only tools, no toolboxes
    • Possibility to provide business value now, but think of as prototypes of features to be added into production apps
