Calendar
One of the All Calendars. Viewable by day and week. There are multiple event types -- those imported from Club Automation and those added manually. Manual event types open in a modal, CA imported events open in a drawer. Club Automation events cannot be edited, only viewed. Clicking on a manually added event (or a blank spot in the calendar) opens up a modal for the entire day to edit all of the events in that day or to add another. If the day contains multiple events, this modal becomes very large ^rmpfe.
Admins can also add employees into the tennis admin screen via a search bar. This searches over the directory, not registered users, so false entries in the directory can be added, but new employees not manually added into the directory are not addabl ^hshwe.
Inbox
This is really a request platform. Employees can either request time off or schedule one-on-one lessons. Why are time off requests not run through rippling^i1veg? Note: Rippling has an API.
Toggle buttons show two screens, pending and resolved. Pending screen loads every single message in one pull without pagination.
Activity Types
Two sections, accessed via toggle buttons.
Activity Types Allows a tennis admin to add a new type with which to tag a calendar event. The existing tags are a great many (Elite, Meeting, Break, Next-Gen, etc.). Tags can be edited, including name, color, and position in the list.
Program Areas has the same UI. There are currently three: FT Academy, Community, High Performance.
Defaults
Allows an admin to set a default schedule template for individual tennis staff members. There is no way to apply a meeting to every employee (though that may not be needed). This section has yet to see use by the tennis staff.
Analytics
This pane shows aggregate stats for the employees shifts, including total hours worked, number of shifts, and number of employees. Uses bar graphs to show proportions instead of a pie chart.
Calendar visualization with heatmap shows via light/dark shading which days/times have the highest/lightest shift coverage.
A Per-Employee Breakdown pane shows the total numbers of hours worked by each employee in the given time range. Clicking on the employee opens an accordion showing hours and percentage of hours worked by activity type.
Are these analytics useful? Is this what tennis staff want to see? Would they benefit from the ability to create their own views/graphs/queries?
